The SIMBODIES® EMS-Man is the world’s leading off-the-shelf, full-body adult simulator engineered specifically for Advanced Life Support (ALS) and heavy trauma triage.
Handcrafted in the UK from prosthetic-grade platinum silicone and casted from an actual human body, the EMS-Man replicates an adult male aged 30–40. Featuring lifelike skin textures, hair, flexible joints, and realistic weight distribution, this manikin demands the same clinical precision and emotional focus required in the field.

Cadaver-Casted Airway: Features an anatomically precise, cadaver-casted mouth, floating jaw, and larynx. It is fully capable of advanced airway management, including intubation and ventilation, and can simulate airway obstructions or vocal cues via an integrated Bluetooth® neck speaker.

Traumatic Amputation & Bleeding: Equipped with a removable lower-leg amputation site complete with internal bleeding tubes. Includes two amputation sleeves to transition between an intact limb and a catastrophic blast injury.

Packable Groin/Thigh Wound: Includes a permanent, deep junctional wound with integrated bleeding tubes to train responders in lifelike tourniquet application and wound packing with hemostatic gauze.

Four-Site Intraosseous (IO) Access: Features functional, blood-filled, and replaceable IO pods in the bilateral humeral heads and bilateral tibias that provide a realistic fluid "flash" upon correct needle insertion.

Dual-Zone Needle Decompression: Anatomically accurate landmarks are present for tension pneumothorax relief at both the 2nd intercostal space (midclavicular line) and the 5th intercostal space (anterior axillary line).
