Additionally, all Litters feature integrated lifting bridals that make vertical and horizontal hoists a standard capability (no 3rd party straps or adapters needed). Once the patient is secured, the litter becomes rigid. The integrated vertical and horizontal struts provides superior stabilization and prevents the litter from buckling and pressure being exerted during the rescue.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eKOBUS Litters have been awarded multiple aeromedical certifications for helicopter winching and evacuation operations. All webbing is certified to international standards for lifting, climbing, and flight requirements - including handles and securing straps.
